10. Payment and Refunds

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in USD or your local currency equivalent
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

Digital Products

  • All products sold through Parent Stack are digital guides delivered electronically
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital guide(s)
  • You are responsible for downloading and saving your digital products

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once you have accessed or downloaded the product. However, we may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing your purchased digital guide and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase
  • Product Misrepresentation: If the product you received is materially different from what was described on our website

Refund Request Process:

  1. Contact us at parentstackguides@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Change of mind after accessing or downloading the digital product
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
  • Incompatibility with your device (where system requirements were clearly stated)
  • Violation of these Terms of Service

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Always consult qualified professionals for specific concerns about your child's health, development, or wellbeing.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY AUSTRALIAN LAW, NADIN ENTERPRISE PTY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 AUD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nadin Enterprise Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

15. Termination

20. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nadin Enterprise Pty Ltd regarding the Service.
