Meet Steph. Founder of Parent Stack.

I'm Steph — a mum of two boys from Melbourne. Before Parent Stack, I built a physical-products ecommerce brand that did more than $2 million in revenue over three years, including a $1.38M USD year (43,405 orders, verified in Shopify). I ran it with a baby and a toddler.

Behind the numbers, I was stretched thin — never fully at work, never fully at home. And the physical-product machine was brutal: in my biggest year, roughly 61 cents of every dollar went to inventory, another 29 cents to ads. Add the invisible weight — stock risk, shipping delays, a complaints inbox that never closed.

That's why I moved to digital products. A digital product deletes the biggest line on that P&L. No inventory, no shipping, no customs. The skills carry over; the weight doesn't. Your whole job becomes the two parts that are actually enjoyable: making something good, and looking after the people who buy it.

Now I help other parents build the same way — in nap windows and school-run pockets, because that's how I work too.
